I’ve being going to the dealership for a year, I’ve been pleased with the work they’ve performed. They need to focus on the little details such as reviewing the customers rewards program to ensure they don’ pleased with the work they’ve performed. They need to focus on the little details such as reviewing the customers rewards program to ensure they don’t’ pay for something that is covered under their rewards program. This issue was remedied. Also having work around plans for when their system is down so the customer doesn’t have to wait for over an hour to leave after their vehicle was completed. More

I wasn't happy at all the way this recall went and the way it was dealt with, I made 3 trips to your dealership which is approx. 20 miles one way , your rep. Matt said that the recall on his comp. Was different than what was on the paper I got , and it ended up I was right , not happy ,cost me money for your dealer and the manufacturers mistakes , I think you or they Nissan should give me a refund or credit. But probably won't happen , tell Nissan engineers to get it right More
