The young guy at the service desk did a great job. Provided information as soon as he received it from the service technicians. Service technicians could have supported the service desk better. They provided additional items that could be repaired, this information was provided to the service desk at the end of the original service. I had already spend over 90min waiting. If the service tech had of notified the service desk promptly, I could have approved repairs to be complete at that time. Now I need to schedule another time to come in a have repairs conducted. More

Super friendly dealership. My sales associate was Lawrence and I really enjoyed my time / sales experience with him. Just a great guy. Not pushy or shady like some salesman My sales associate was Lawrence and I really enjoyed my time / sales experience with him. Just a great guy. Not pushy or shady like some salesman that I have come across over the years. We worked out a deal and now I am a proud Jeep Gladiator owner. My son said “we are now part of the secret JEEP club” and I couldn’t be more excited. We didn’t just buy a vehicle. We bought an experience and our journey down this road just got a lot more exciting and memorable. I can’t wait to see what’s around the next corner. Just want to thank Lawrence and this dealership for great buying experience. More
