First time buying experience with Lexus of Milwaukee was FANTASTIC! Being a remote buyer from out of town (St. Louis, MO), Matt Thornburg made the buying experience very smooth. Matt was able to provide all details I asked regarding the vehicle in a timely fashion, texting picture, etc. He was able to coordinate with the Finance Manger (Chris P.) on all the financing details and came back quickly with that. We drove up to pickup the vehicle and meeting everyone in person was great. Their showroom, even though it was a temporary space while their main showroom was being renovated, was very nice. Buying a car is usually a tedious process and both Matt Thornburg and Chris Palmisano made it enjoyable.
