Love this dealership! Matt was a great salesperson. He wasn't pushy or arrogant like alot of the salespeople you come across. We went into the dealership with no inte Matt was a great salesperson. Matt kept in touch with us as to inventory & availability. They were attentive and we did buy a Genesis. We left some things in a hidden compartment and Matt was good enough to retrieve them for us and hold them until we could come and get them. Even three weeks after the purchase the customer service rep called to check on us and if we had problems. Matt called on us to see if things were ok and if we needed anything which is something rare AFTER you'd bought the car. We were very satisfied and would definately recommend this dealership and definately Matt again. ' More

The person who greeted me said someone else would help me and that you had Elantras. The salesman and I did not find any acceptable and decided on a 2019 Kia Optima which was in excellent condition and low m and that you had Elantras. The salesman and I did not find any acceptable and decided on a 2019 Kia Optima which was in excellent condition and low mileage. I did not get what I thought was enough for my 3yr old low mileage Mercedes but Mark Shelley was great at putting together an acceptable deal. My salesman, Adam was very attentive and followed through with any issues we had. The service department, however did not complete their checkup and I had the car towed back after 48 hours because someone did not hook up the battery correctly and it rendered the car undriveable. That was quickly fixed and all in all I was extremely happy with my purchase. I also would note that I came with a friend who bought a Genesis while she was waiting for me so I guess everyone was happy with my visit to Ocala Hyundai!! More
