I wasn’t there to buy a new car but to get oil change on a car for which I had buyer’s remorse - through no fault of the car itself. So, when Matt first approached me I said I’m not buying a new car (reme a car for which I had buyer’s remorse - through no fault of the car itself. So, when Matt first approached me I said I’m not buying a new car (remembering last time). Sure it’s a business. Sure there are pushy salespeople, but Matt proved to be down-to-earth, actually listens, & I did get car with better safety features, lifetime navigation, etc. Just What I wanted in my last car ever. Hands-down, Matt is THE absolute best person I’ve ever dealt with when making such an important decision as a car purchase. I highly recommend him. No buyer’s remorse. More

We went to see the new GV80. Arrived about 11:30. Got a test ride and loved the car. Matt Valila was our salesperson and was great. After a long negotiation (about 3 hours) we ended up buying the car. I ex test ride and loved the car. Matt Valila was our salesperson and was great. After a long negotiation (about 3 hours) we ended up buying the car. I explained that we needed to take our old car home for many reasons and would pick up the GV80 the next day and were told that was OK. While we were signing the paperwork, we were told that they had someone picking up our old car and HAD to take the GV80 that night. We were not happy and spent at least the next half hour removing stickers, dash cameras and personal stuff outside in the cold. The detailing of the car was only OK. I guess they were in a hurry.
