Poor customer service After driving 30 min to get to piazza Honda of Springfield to look at a pre owned Toyota RAV4a man walks up to us in the lot and asks were we meeting After driving 30 min to get to piazza Honda of Springfield to look at a pre owned Toyota RAV4a man walks up to us in the lot and asks were we meeting with someone. I let him know I spoke to someone over the phone but I wasn’t sure of his name. So he said okay well let me see if this car is even sold. As we walking into the building my mother in law says to me well if it’s sold we can go look at the Toyota dealer up the street. The sales man stops and holds the door and says “well do you even want to go in ?” So I said no of course I do. We get in and he says okay the car isn’t sold lucky for you. So as we walk outside I said sir I didn’t even get your name he said DAVID . We go on the test drive and it was HORRIBLE he didn’t talk once about the car And when I asked anything he says I’ll show you the carfax. So I figured well maybe it’s because he’s a Honda salesman’s and not Toyota so no biggie. After we get back I said okay well I’m ready to talk numbers. We sit at his desk and he hands us the carfax and says here you can read it. While we look over it he doesn’t explain anything and sits there on his cell phone !! So I look at him and once again I say okay well I’m ready to talk numbers. He says the listing price is 25,490 where do you guys want to be at? I said we honestly want to be between 22-23 he says very rudely so where did you guys come up with these numbers ? I explain to him I’ve done research and I think it’s a far price. So he says okay I’m going to make his easy for you. Puts his papers away in the folder walks away to speak with his manager. Walks back and says no that’s the price. So we said okay well I guess we have to keep looking so he says okay bye and walks away !!! No here’s my card, handshake, here’s another price, Can I show you something else, here’s why we are priced NOTHING!!!! So I asked to speak to his manager Matt. Vance who also only apologized but DID NOT offer ANY business card or said let’s try to work anything out !!!!! Worst experience of my life !!!! They seen two young kids trying to buy a car and they totally figured we didn’t have money so they gave us no chance. Do not waste your time here !!! Honest review More
