Everyone at Videon is very supportive and responsive to me and my Avalanche! From the lady that answers the phone to the maintenance and service personnel! Jack is especially efficient and always helps wit me and my Avalanche! From the lady that answers the phone to the maintenance and service personnel! I have to also mention the person who cleans my truck after it has some maintenance that requires staying over a day or two.My truck looks brand new! Great employees! Give them all a raise! They purchased my leased car!!! I leased a 2018 Chevy Tahoe. I was about 2 months from the end of my lease. I was contacted by Matt Videon at Video Chevrolet. He offered to buy out my lease. I was in Tahoe. I was about 2 months from the end of my lease. I was contacted by Matt Videon at Video Chevrolet. He offered to buy out my lease. I was initially leery of being contacted by a dealership several states away (I live in Rhode Island), but the process worked out extremely well. Matt sent 2 drivers to my house to take delivery of my leased car and paid off my balance immediately. He sent me proof that the balance was paid before my car even left my driveway. The whole process was seamless. This was a great service! More

He gave me all the information that I requested in a very timely manner. Then I made an appointment to see the truck the next day. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership it was one of my best experiences with the haggling over a new vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable, a nice laid back, easy going transaction. Jason introduced us to Matt Videon and the deal was done very quickly. Dealership was very clean and highly organized. Excellent Service on new car purchase. I ordered a custom built 2019 Silverado High Country. Matt Garity and the entire staff from sales managenent to service went to great lengths to get the build off constraint, overcome the rail shortage, do all the option prep and detail a truck that came off the carrier caked in mud from sitting in a yard awaiting rail. Everyone extended themselves to expedite and facilitate a very difficult delivery. More

Service phone doesn’t work. Service department doesn’t call with updates. Called to check and phone went to voicemail multiple times. I had to physically come to the service department two times when I was told I would receive a phone call which I never did. I have leased two cars when they were Kelly Chevrolet but will not lease my third car win them. The fact that I never received a phone call, the service department phone system doesn’t work and my weather strip is coming off again already is terrible. More
