I can’t even put into words how pleased I am with the service from Matt! He got me into my dream car, and did it with a smile on his face! I was watching their inventory of new pilots on line and found that they had what I wanted. I called the dealership to confirm that the Pilot was available. Went right down to dealership and traded in my found that they had what I wanted. I called the dealership to confirm that the Pilot was available. I purchased my first new vehicle from Matt Burne last month. As many people do, I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, so the process for me was over a month of oscillating between vehicl month. As many people do, I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, so the process for me was over a month of oscillating between vehicles. I initially spoke with Bill and he was very nice and helpful. When I came back for a second look at the vehicle Bill was away and I dealt with Matt who was also very helpful and nice. I never felt pressured into buying the vehicle as I had at other dealerships. The vehicle is amazing but a big part of my decision was the lovely atmosphere. Buying a vehicle is stressful but Matt Burne made it a little more comfortable. More
