Every single person, from the moment I walked in the door for a scheduled service on my truck, to the time I left with a new truck - was genuinely concerned about my level of satisfaction. Everybody has bad days, and remember how you feel when you have to go to work. When big groups of people go to work, and are genuinely concerned about other people... that IS NOT easy. People tend to care about other people if they know people care about them. There is leadership at Fred Anderson Toyota that makes the staff so great. There is A LOT of work that goes into that.
