Best car buying experience EVER! I was looking for a vehicle for my husband for our anniversary. I really was’t expecting tobe able to locate and purchase a vehicle on that day, which I was looking for a vehicle for my husband for our anniversary. I really was’t expecting tobe able to locate and purchase a vehicle on that day, which was our anniversary, but was hopeful. I looked on line and then called a different dealership. I wasn’t sure but believe I had reached a call center. I spoke with a person there, told that person the type of vehicle I was looking for and why I wanted it rather quickly. I was told they had a particular vehicle to my specifications on the lot and in my price range. I received an email a few minutes later with a note that said the. Ehicle we discussed was sold earlier that day but attached are two other vehicles you may like. The vehicles were $10,000 to $20,000 more tha. The one we discussed. Needless to say to continued to look for a different dealer. That is when I found Fred Anderson Toyota. I spoke with Michael Manning and her was so helpful. I told him my story and he asked if I could come look at vehicles on the lot. I was working but told him I would check with my husband when I got home. I did and it was almost 7:00 pm. The dealership closed at 8:00 pm but I took a chance and called Michael to let him know we were on the way. He said he would be there. When we arrived we met Michael Manning who introduced us to Matt Worlock. Matt was very informative and after listening to my idea for a vehicle walked us straight to what we were looking for and in several variaties. We test drove one vehicle and IT WAS THE ONE! Wow! Matt was the most courteous and informative salesman I had ever encountered. The entire process took about 3 hours from start to DRIVE IT HOME and the staff stayed until after 10 PM to make our anniversary special. From viewing, to test driving, to financing, to driving it home the same evening - AWESOME. Matt Worlock is amazing and so is the entire team at Fred Anderson Toyota. You made our anniversary special and you made a customer for life! More

Matt was a pleasure to work with and made me feel right at home, providing me with the pros and cons of both options. He allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles to make sure I truly wanted the car I was purchasing. The only pressure I felt during my time with Matt was my own while choosing between a black and a navy 4Runner. While this is a start to a new phase in my life, I am extremely grateful that this experience gave me peace of mind and allowed me to confidently drive my new car home! Thank you Matt and team! More

Went Above and Beyond My wife and I visited Matt twice. Personally, I don’t like making deals on the first visit, and some may view this strategy as wasting time, but Matt My wife and I visited Matt twice. Personally, I don’t like making deals on the first visit, and some may view this strategy as wasting time, but Matt was not pushy and presented plenty of options with the parameters we gave him. I gave him my phone number, and it was a month or so before we returned. He wasn’t pushy and did not rush us. Today we made our second trip with intent to buy, I informed Matt a week in advance and he did his homework. He had a small list of cars that were within our parameters. The first car that he suggested and was confident in, was the one I chose. He put us in good position to finance, even with a less than desirable credit score. After we finished the paperwork, the final step came to provide proof of insurance. Long story short, we were on the phone with USAA for more than hour and were not able to get what we needed. Matt was patient throughout the entire process. He even went and got my pregnant wife and I snacks on his dime while we waited. When I got the bad news that full coverage could not be obtained (due to an impending hurricane off the coast) Matt went so far as to suggest looking at other insurance companies. He found us an insurance policy that saved us $500. Never in my wildest dreams did we think that we would get such a great deal on a used luxury edition Camry, and save $500 on our insurance, but Matt came through and helped us with both. His level of customer service, professionalism, and overall kindness has earned him our business indefinitely and referrals to anyone who asks. Total opposite of what you hear about car salesmen. Thanks again Matt. More
