Matt was so helpful and his goal was to get me a vehicle I had been looking for a new car and came to toyota as one of my 4 stops during car shopping. One of a kind!!! Me and my daughter spent all day looking at cars it was the worst experience we’ve had in a long time. The last dealership on our list was Fred Anders Me and my daughter spent all day looking at cars it was the worst experience we’ve had in a long time. The last dealership on our list was Fred Anderson Toyota. After walking around on the lot no one helped us. We went inside to get tea we couldn’t figure out how to use it. Matt walked by asked if we needed help we were caught off guard because he wasn’t like a typical salesman. He smiled asked us how our day was helped us make a drink and even bought us food out of the vending machine. Typically this wouldn’t be a big deal but he did it without even knowing we wanted to buy a car we were just strangers. After the vending machine I actually told him I was there to buy my daughter a car. After a couple of questions he knew what fit my criteria (rav4). We agreed on a price within minutes and I was done in a hour. Again thank you matt and the staff at Fred Anderson. You are truly one of a kind!!!! He restored my faith in car salesman thank you again!!!! More

They were by far the friendliest crew I had experienced. Matt was very helpful and honest about the cars on the lot and helped me pick the perfect car! They're determined without being pushy or aggressive. They were able to work with me and my budget and they were also quick and efficient knowing I was on a little bit of a time crunch. I left that day with a 2018 RAV4 and I couldn't be happier! More
