GREAT EXPERIENCE! I'm going to first start off by saying going to a car dealership is not my favorite thing to do. He gets a 5 star rating. I can not say that for the Business Manager Michele Metz. In my opinion she is not honest and is not helpful. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for her to correct a problem. She wouldn’t acknowledge the fact that we were sitting waiting on her. Another business manager told us she would have the corrected paperwork ready in 45 minutes. My wife and I went to lunch. Came back after 45 minutes let them know we were there and waited 2 hours for her to come get us. We left the dealership because our time is important too. Michele called our home and never apologized for her mistake nor did she apologize for not having the paperwork done. She did say the person up front texted her to her “old cell number” so she never knew we were there but she came out of her office twice and had to see us and know we were sitting there. When she called us around 5 p.m. at our home, she still did not have the paperwork done. She gets a 0 rating. She ruined a good experience More

From “not great” to “awesome” We drove 2 hours to see a vehicle that an agreement had been reached on, only to find that the represented vehicle was not available for sale due to a We drove 2 hours to see a vehicle that an agreement had been reached on, only to find that the represented vehicle was not available for sale due to an issue with the new vehicle purchase versus the trade-in being completed(we were looking at the trade-in)and they attempted to show a different vehicle. Not a “bait and switch”, but it sort of felt that way. The internet manager should have been better informed. The salesman, Matt, seemed to be caught unaware, and did everything to get a similar deal put together. Matt, the GM, also was very helpful in getting us a great price on the vehicle we ultimately purchased. While my experience started out with us being angry and frustrated, it ended with us being very satisfied and I would certainly recommend Matt Worlock as a salesman and Fred Anderson as dealership to do business with. More

He listened to our needs and did everything possible to meet them without trying to "sell" us another idea. He searched other branches for the make and model we desired and found one 300 miles away. We were on a time crunch with a delivery date so he made an executive decision to have the car delivered over night. We requested add-ons and Matt made it happen. The vehicle we now proudly own is everything we wanted and more. The whole dealership has outstanding customer service, a clean and friendly environment and most of all, we feel part of the Toyota family! Much gratitude to Fred Anderson Toyota.
