Not a “bait and switch”, but it sort of felt that way. The internet manager should have been better informed. The salesman, Matt, seemed to be caught unaware, and did everything to get a similar deal put together. Matt, the GM, also was very helpful in getting us a great price on the vehicle we ultimately purchased. While my experience started out with us being angry and frustrated, it ended with us being very satisfied and I would certainly recommend Matt Worlock as a salesman and Fred Anderson as dealership to do business with. More

We were on a time crunch with a delivery date so he made an executive decision to have the car delivered over night. We requested add-ons and Matt made it happen. The vehicle we now proudly own is everything we wanted and more.
