Came in for an oils and tire rotation, ended up sending three hours waiting on something I could have done myself in 30 minutes. I came in because it’s “free” with the warranty I pay for. Turns out the did a recall software update without mentioning it so that’s supposedly why it took so long, but it would have been nice to have been given a heads up on that as opposed to finding out at the end after waiting several hours, I would have just left and come back.
