I leased a truck for the first time just over 2 years ago with Matt and he did a wonderful job walking me through the process and ensuring I got into the exact truck I wanted and within my budget! He was always a quick phone call away and was able to work around my work schedule and take care of all the details for me so signing was quick and easy. After being treated like an inconvenience at other dealerships, Matt made me feel like I was talking to a friend, rather than a sales person. He listened attentively to what I was looking for and answered questions to any concerns I had. I just renewed my lease and I love that I am able to work with the same person. Matt knew exactly who I was, knew exactly what I'd be looking for and already had a plan in place to make the transition quick and easy. I recommend him to everyone I know looking for a new car/truck. I drive just about an hour to get to Suburban Ford, but it is very much worth the drive! More
