Best auto buying experience ever! I had been searching online for a nice used diesel truck to pull my horse trailer for quite a while without success. I was avoiding dealerships becaus I had been searching online for a nice used diesel truck to pull my horse trailer for quite a while without success. I was avoiding dealerships because I didnt want to deal with that stress and pressure, but finally decided to check out Morgan Auto because of their good reviews. Wow! Matt was super friendly, laid back, and offered for me and my husband to test drive as many trucks as we wanted. No hassel, no pressure. He didnt try to upsell us at all - he totally stayed in the price range we were looking for. We went back the next day and test drove a few more trucks, and Matt suggested we talk to Frank the mechanic about our needs and concerns about gas vs. diesel. Frank was awesome too, and really helped us make the right decision. Matt made it clear that his utmost concern was for us to find a truck that felt like the right one for us. Matt stayed late so that we could complete the purchase right before the holiday weekend - amazing customer service! We ended up spending less money than anticipated (including an amazing add-on warranty) and the process was not only quick, easy, painless... but it was actually FUN! We will definitely be repeat customers!! More

Low pressure, high service This dealership wasn't even looking for my buy. No sales pitch, no pressure but a lot of help. They gave me exactly what I wanted. I felt very comfortable when I left with my new bells and whistles truck. These guys fulfilled all my requests. I'm excited to go back for them to do a full detail and service however I'm not looking forward to giving up my truck for a day haha. They make sure you don't leave the lot until you're completely satisfied with everything working from a light bulb to switches. Prices were very fair for the quality product. I informed them of my limit and they "trimmed" every piece of fat to meet my budget. I know for a fact that they could have sold this truck to another buyer for what they were asking. However the owner and salesman could see this was my dream truck and they helped me out. Complete stranger off the streets. They have my recommendation. More

Lowest of the Low - Stay Away From This Dealership! If we could give Morgan Automotive zero stars that would be all they deserve. You never returned our phone calls Doug. We even reached out to you via email and you said to call you and you still would not get on the phone or even have the courtesy to call us back. It was deeply disappointing that we were unable to make a deal with you Doug to purchase the 2016 Dodge RAM 2500 Big Horn Crew Cab LWB 4WD after meeting with you 2 weeks ago on Tuesday, April 10. I know my husband was all excited and was looking forward to hearing from you on Wednesday morning when you said you would call him after you put some numbers together and then you never called him. He waited all morning to hear from you and then he ended up calling you on Wednesday afternoon and wanted to speak to you, but you never got on the phone to speak with him. Matt came on the phone instead and when my husband told him that he would like to talk about purchasing the truck, he had told him that the price was not negotiable at all. After meeting and talking with you the previous night, Doug, we were at your dealership for over 4 hours and drove an hour and a half each way to get to you and we were definitely interested in purchasing the truck and thought we had found a great dealership and were looking forward to making a sale happen. When we met with you, you seemed to be really caring and spent so much time with us. So much time was wasted by you talking too much about yourself. I read your reviews online and people claim that you are a fair guy and work with them to make a sale happen but unfortunately for us, it did not happen. I just wanted to take the time to write this so others will not be deeply disappointed and misled like we were. Don’t waste your time on this dealership where you are not a priority and they do not get on the phone to speak with you or return your phone calls. Your dealership really lost out because we would have brought a lot of business your way if you would have treated us with respect and did not ignore us. You lost out BIG TIME! More
