When it to came to wrapping up my purchase, they both made the process very quick and easy. The finance guy, Marcus, worked very hard to sell me an extended warranty and got rude and pushy when I kindly declined the offer for the fourth time and he said "You're the first person I've known that works in the automotive industry to not purchase an extended warranty." I understand that's how he makes a living, but there's no need to treat anyone (especially a woman) like that to score a paycheck. Overall though, Matt and Oliver made the experience a good one! Go see them for your next vehicle purchase! More
