Certainly a challenging time to lease a vehicle from the sellers perspective, but Matt and his Sales Manager Kevin Bannon, along with the finance team, were incredibly prepared, polite and spot on with the details. This was not my first GMC vehicle, however it was my first time buying a GMC from this dealership. My sales representative, Michael LaRosa, was patient and knowledgable about all the vehicles I was look first time buying a GMC from this dealership. My sales representative, Michael LaRosa, was patient and knowledgable about all the vehicles I was looking at. Michael not only took the time to explain everything I was signing, he also walked me through each and every feature my new truck has to offer (and there are A LOT of features) upon delivery. I’ve dealt with many car salesmen, and Michael, by far, was the best I’ve encountered. During my delivery, Matt and Roberto were also helpful and very pleasant to work with. I dealt with Mitch who explained the financial part of my purchase/lease, and he as well, took the time to explain and answer all questions I had. Patrick was also involved in getting me the EXACT the vehicle I wanted. Despite my numerous questions and specific wants, all the gentlemen who assisted in this process, especially Michael, made it easy and comfortable.
