Caleb in sales responded promptly, and later that day I had all of the information I requested by both phone and email. This was important, since I live 50 miles from the dealership and have to invest two hours round trip to visit the dealership. Arriving 20 minutes before closing time later that day, I found the truck prepped and parked right next to the office, awaiting my test drive. Within 15 minutes, I had the final offer in hand - including my trade-in's final value. I was immediately thanked by both Caleb and Larry when we agreed to terms. We completed the purchase the next day, with Caleb coming in on his day off just for this purpose. I was very impressed that Caleb and Linda in sales, and Matt in finance all made my wife and I the focus of their attention, even though they were staying late at work to ensure everything was just right. I also received a follow up call that same week from Caleb to confirm I was fully pleased with my purchase.
