Customer service was awesome! We had a lease expiring. We were having a problem finding what we wanted with the limited supply due to covid 19. Matt found us a 2020 Camry that fit our needs. When I first was looking for a vehicle it just didn't work for me. So a month ago, I decided to do a soft search for a vehicle. I contacted Matt and told him what I would like to keep an eye out. He sent work for me. So a month ago, I decided to do a soft search for a vehicle. I contacted Matt and told him what I would like to keep an eye out. He sent me multiple ones that would fit my desires, never was pushing, but I just didn't jump. Finally decided on a Jeep. So set the appointment, got everything needed and requested, and showed up. They tried hard and different ways to get the Jeep approved but didn't happen for me. Matt was very supportive and before I could leave, he said hey wait what about this Dodge Truck. I looked it over and said guess give it a try. He came back and told me it was approved. They gave me a few options for money down to lower monthly payments in amounts of 1, 2, and 3k down but I said just go with the zero because if I had to I'd only have $500...as they were doing paperwork preparing the finance guy came back and said I did some more looking and can lower your payment by over $100 a month if I put $500 down! I was surprised that they even kept looking. During the test drive, after noticing the truck had less than 1/4 tank in it, I made the comment that I filled my trade-in up on the way there. Matt said well I can get you a little put in the truck. Finally, paperwork was finished and the truck was mine. I get in the truck start to head home....full tank. Thank you, Matt, and the entire team that helped me finally get out of the tragic buy here-pay here nightmare I've been in for many years! More

Best Dealer Experience I've Ever Had I reached out to Evans Toyota via their website on a whim about trading in my current car for a Tacoma, which is how I got connected with Matt. He mad I reached out to Evans Toyota via their website on a whim about trading in my current car for a Tacoma, which is how I got connected with Matt. He made himself available from the very beginning to answer all of my questions - even those I'd text to him at odd hours when they popped into my head. I was looking for a manual transmission Tacoma, which was an almost impossible task, except that Matt and Castille were happy to prove me wrong! They went all the way to Pennsylvania to find the truck I wanted, and in only a week from my first contact I was driving away in exactly the truck I wanted. Jason made the financing side as easy and seamless as the sales side, making me a completely satisfied customer. I've shopped at too many dealerships around the Midwest over the past 20 years, and I can easily say Evans Toyota provided the best experience I've ever encountered. I can't recommend them highly enough, as it's impossible to be disappointed working with Matt, Castille, and Jason. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! More
