Hyde was great to work with as he was practical and efficient. He listened to what I wanted and needed for my lifestyle. I appreciate his transparent approach and when I need my next Honda, if he is still around at that time, I will definitely give him a call. I did come back for a service visit - and had a horrible experience with Matthew Large. I did not appreciate his dismissive and smug approach to me as a client and loyal Honda customer. I would not recommend him to anyone and highly encourage training/redirection on how he interacts with customers while representing the Honda dealership. More
