Me and my husband went to the dealership to trade in my car for a bigger one due to us wanting to start a family. He was the first one at the door so we had him help us. They had a used one and I fell in love. He worked hard on getting us it for the price we could afford and then the financing guy made it work even more and now I have a rav4 I love! More

I was trading in a 4Runner and replacing it with a new 4Runner . I went back to the dealer I purchased it from, originally. Only to be told that there were no discounts available MSRP only, no N/C add-ons 4Runner . I went back to the dealer I purchased it from, originally. Only to be told that there were no discounts available MSRP only, no N/C add-ons. I then went to Fred Anderson and worked with Taylor Dunn. They not only provided a discount, but also gave me top dollar for my trade, free oil change for the life of the term and coupons for all maintenance items for up to 36,000 miles. On top of all of those my payment dropped by 20%. Couldn’t be happier with the deal I received, and the professionalism of everyone at the dealership. Taylor is the most responsive Sales Representative I have ever worked with. Definitely a believer in Fred Anderson Toyota. More

He has continued to follow up to see how things are going with improving my credit and to let me know that when I am ready/when things get better, he is available any time. Couldn't be happier with him and everyone at this location for their help and hard work. This is coming from someone who lives less than 5 minutes from Sparks Toyota and refuses to do business with them for their lack of professionalism.
