I had already financed a 2010 Corolla a year and 3 months prior to purchasing my new car, and Matt really helped with the whole process from start to finish. I was able to trade in my 2010 Corolla, and now have a great interest rate on my new car through Toyota directly. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Lauren in the Financing department also helped me greatly - i have a 120,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that adds very little cost to my monthly premium. My overall experience was great, and i also have peace of mind with my purchase. More

I went to dealerships all over the Charleston Area , and felt for lack of a better words , that a gun was held to my head , and I had to buy a vehicle before I could leave. It was not that way at Fred Anderson. The staff was very friendly , and knowledgeable about all my questions , and there was no pressure. Matt Laurence was my sales rep , and kept me comfortable and well informed through the whole process. My advice to anyone buying a car would be to visit Fred Anderson , so you don't have to deal with the normal buy or die that you get from most other dealerships. More

No pressure, no problems, just seemed to handle the transaction, as it was his duty to make us comfortable and that he was there for us.since then we have bought a Yaris for my sister-in-law, a Venza for myself with his assistance and guidance. (We bought a 2015 Tundra through another Charleston dealership only because we needed it quickly and Matthew was on vacation). Now today,was another great day with Matthew. He knew us, was genuinely glad to see us as friends, asked about my sister-in-law, amongst other friendly questions. He makes us so comfortable. The entire transaction went so smoothly, as I told him I wasn't planning on buying today, but he made us feel just right. I know you are a large company but without employees like Matthew Laurence it would be so much harder to find your common person as my wife and me. More
