Excellent Experience! Everyone dreads going to deal with a car sales person, just about as much as they like lawyers. I must say that the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston did a fabulous job of making our new car buying experience very stress free and enjoyable. Our Sales associated Matthew Laurence has 16 years with the company and is very knowledgeable about the Toyota Highlander we were looking at. He was very honest and upfront about everything which goes along with with me. We ended up with a Limited/Platinum edition Highlander. Matt was very helpful with getting us what we wanted for our trade in (05 Toyota 4 Runner) and explaining all the details of the car buying experience. We did end up Financing the car and Christine Salvatico did an awesome job making the money part painless and uneventful. I know my wife is happy with her new car and I look forward to seeing her enjoy her new car. I defiantly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston.
