We took our car in for a service and while we were there, we specifically asked to speak with Matthew to find out what the 2015/2016 Siennas had to offer. Matthew knows from the past, that we are straight-forward, honest customers and we were impressed with his thorough knowledge of their products. He takes his time showing you every detail of the car and points out any changes/improvements that have been made. We spoke with Eddie Nuttall about payment options and he was very knowledgeable. The service department is extremely well run, and the service people, especially Dustyn, are very professional and always courteous. The showroom, service department and the restrooms are all meticulously clean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They also do not try to pressure you into purchasing a vehicle or step you up to a more expensive model. We would highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and definitely Matthew Laurence.
