You see, we’ve purchased three Toyotas with Matthew and are looking to close on a fourth in the next few days. His attention to detail about our specific questions pertaining to our vehicle search has been top notch. We have appreciated his knowledge on the vehicles we have been interested in as well as a general and honest comparison about competing models. It has helped us to make a well informed, and conscience decision on our Toyota purchase. Instead of feeling pressured, we’ve felt equipped to make a sound and well informed decision on the car that we really want to purchase. We have to brag about the time he dedicated to us that was both intentional and focused to our needs. He has spent hours with us in person and on the phone throughout our decision process. We even pulled out the car seats on one visit to walk through trial and error scenarios about which situations would work for us and which car would best suit our needs. We’re a growing family! And Matthew was even there to help us carry the car seats from our current vehicle, cheerios and all, to test out on the super clean vehicle on the lot! Smiles and all! We’ve enjoyed the service and attention that Fred Anderson Toyota has extended to us during our current enrollment in the Family Plan for our present vehicle, and are encouraged to do the same as we look ahead to our next Toyota purchase. Andy has done a great job with his team in setting an expectation for great customer service. That’s been our experience and is a sound reason for us to continue our service relationship!
