Nevertheless, Matt was very attentive and helpful through the process, speeding things along and meeting our needs as thoroughly as possible, just as if I were spending much more on a brand new car, and Bill really did his part in squeezing me into as favorable financing as I could hope for. As with any used car purchase, knowing what to expect helped a lot, but these guys really created a minimal-hassle experience. In a few years I'll be back, almost certainly. More

Humble I 've been to six different dealerships from Fort Gordon, Ga to Beaufort, SC and was unsuccessful in getting a new vehicle. It wasn't until my uncle t I 've been to six different dealerships from Fort Gordon, Ga to Beaufort, SC and was unsuccessful in getting a new vehicle. It wasn't until my uncle told me about this dealership and Matthew who was my salesman. I came there with my guard up all ready for another let down but they not only helped me out of my old vehicle but placed me in a brand new "S" version car. My truck endeded up selling the week he was on vacation and he still contacted me daily to see how things were going going. He had Jamison Spenser complete the paperwork he already had prepared so my time spent was less than an hour in the store. He had Alesha assigned as finance representative which was just as professional and made a quick finance transaction. I have never in my life dealt with a more dedicated sales team and Matt made it all come come together. I even referred my wife (seperated) to Matt and was able to get her in a 2015 4Runner the same week. All I can say, if I were to ever trade or buy it would be with Matt. I have also referred David Mewhirter (co-worker) and he is interested in buying the limited RAV4 from Matt. Just goes to show, if you have a true sales representative how networking and word of mouth goes. True professional, the best I have ever worked with and I have owned over 10 Toyotas in my life.
