Overall experience was great. I was in contact with Matthew for a few months while looking for a new 4Runner, he was very patient with me and such a pleasure to work with. Ron helped me the day I came in to purchase my new vehicle and he was very informative which helped make my decision easier. When our sales transaction for a used car hit a snag due to m Thrilled with the customer service we received from Fred Anderson and Matthew Laurence. When our sales transaction for a used car hit a snag due to miscommunication, the manager assigned us to Matt. From that point on it was smooth sailing The transaction was speedily completed to our satisfaction and we we were on our way. After the sale we were to return to have a touch-up done. Matt arranged for our rental car and guided the shop thorough not only the touch up spots but a full buffing and wax job as well. We appreciate Fred Anderson and Matt's efforts to go above and beyond to turn a difficult situation into a great experience for we, the customers. More
