He really took my interests to heart and showed me the cars he thought would be a great fit. He let me take my time on narrowing it down to two vehicles and he was so friendly right from the start. I was so impressed with all the knowledge he knew about the different cars. He was very patient and worked around my schedule which was the most impressive thing of all. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota but especially find your way to Matt if you can! More

Outstanding Sales and Service I was in need of a vehicle to commute to work, and stopped by the dealership to look at the RAV4. The sales associate that promptly helped me was named Matt. He first collected some information about the type of vehicle that I was looking for, and then we took a test drive. During the test drive, he not only pointed out the excellent features based on what I would need, but also elaborated on how much he trusted the vehicles from Toyota from personal experience. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that evening because of the non-pushy sales pitch by Matt and the excellent customer service from Bill in the finance department. Also, after the dealership closed at 8 p.m. Matt stayed to help me set-up the electronic features, such as Bluetooth syncing with my smartphone. I have never known a sales associate that cared so much about the customer! More

After spending less than an hour with him my wife and I decided to purchase the Tacoma. Although, the exact truck I wanted wasn't on the lot he was able to find it at one of their sister dealerships and had it delivered within a couple of days. Both the salesman and the Business Manager were very professional and listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and financing. We enjoyed not having to haggle, we told them what we wanted and they in turn told us what they would offer. Very up-front and honest made the whole buying experience exceptional. More

I had a four day weekend to Go Greyhound & get my car. I called each dealer. Fred Anderson Toyota was the only dealership that took me seriously. We completed this deal all over the phone with Capital One Auto Blank Check. They picked me up at the Greyhound station. They gave me a complete car walk through. Matt Is The EXPERT.
