Matthew is a wonderful asset to your company. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. He really knows the product in great detail, how it works, why it is better than its competitors, w extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. He really knows the product in great detail, how it works, why it is better than its competitors, why we would want it more than another brand - and was clear in explaining it to us. Matthew took extra time to make sure we understood the car and how it works, which was important for this high-tech car being bought by a couple of low-tech Seniors. He stayed in regular communication with us during the week between paperwork and delivery, had everything lined up and waiting for Sarah when she got there after work on Friday. He even facilitated getting the insurance switched over and those sorts of necessary things...a wonderfully positive and orderly experience. We would definitely recommend Matthew to our friends for their car buying needs. More

Working with Matthew was such a pleasure.
