I have to say my experience with Matthew at Fred Anderson Toyota was a very pleasant experience all the way around. First of all, the dealership is very nice and spacious. A lot of dealerships are very crowded and hectic, but this one was impressive. Second, because of our schedule my husband and I were not able to get to the dealership until almost closing time, but Matthew stayed until almost 10:00 with us to make sure everything worked correctly with the cars and we had everything we needed. After we were done with all the paperwork, he took us through everything with both cars. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. Matthew definitely changed the stereotype I had about car salesmen and I really appreciate the time he spent with us! More

Matthew was great as always. My family has bought several cars from him and have received great treatment from him everytime. I recommend everyone to him (and Toyota). My father bought a Tacoma from him the same day as well. Don (Sales Manager) was great and helped us through the process with my father. Everyone in the dealership smiles and checks on you regardless of who you are working with and if you are waiting they come by and ask if you need anything. Though the new car buying process is a bit challenging and overwhelming, they do the best at easing the pain. I have not had the same experience in the past at the other Toyota dealership in town, as a matter a fact it was the complete opposite. We purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe from Matt Laurence and couldn't have had a better experience. My fiance and I were looking for a suitable vehicle for our family of 5. We were driving around looking at and couldn't have had a better experience. My fiance and I were looking for a suitable vehicle for our family of 5. We were driving around looking at mini-vans and SUV's that would suit us when I came across the 2005 Tahoe listed on the Used Inventory page. Being that we were already on our way, I decided to not contact the internet department and speak with a Sales Representative when we arrived. Matt was the first person that we came in contact with and he was more than courteous. He sat us down in the facility while he went and pulled the vehicle for us to look at. The vehicle had just been traded in and was not detailed yet, although we were still allowed to look at the vehicle and take it on a test drive. We decided we liked the vehicle and proceeded forward. Although we were not able to seek financing ourselves, Matt worked with us to get a co-signer and made the process as easy as possible. They went as far as sending all necessary documents out of state for our co-signer to review and sign, and then delivered the vehicle to us once the paperwork process was complete. I couldn't have asked for a better sales process or sales person. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle and recommend working with Matt personally. More
