Matthew and Eddie stayed past closing to get the sale through. Eddie made it easy to sign all the paperwork by explaining it all to me as I signed it. They should both get a BIG raise for their hard work.

Matthew took extra time to make sure we understood the car and how it works, which was important for this high-tech car being bought by a couple of low-tech Seniors. He stayed in regular communication with us during the week between paperwork and delivery, had everything lined up and waiting for Sarah when she got there after work on Friday. He even facilitated getting the insurance switched over and those sorts of necessary things...a wonderfully positive and orderly experience. We would definitely recommend Matthew to our friends for their car buying needs.
