I’ve been looking for a quality used pickup truck for some time, and had been monitoring the internet for one. I found a used Toyota Tundra at Brian Hoskins Ford. I took a ride down after work one night, and was greeted promptly by Matt Lutter at the door. He grabbed the keys, put a plate on the car and sent me on my way (didn’t ride with me either, which I appreciated). During my test drive they evaluated my trade, and when I returned, we sat down and had a brief conversation. Joe DeMarino (used car manager) joined the conversation as well. I left the dealership that night (about one hour of my time) to stop and think. No pressure at all from Matt or Joe. The next afternoon, Matt and I “horse traded” through a couple of calls and nailed the deal down. I arrived at the dealer at 4:15 and left at 4:45 with my new truck. Scott Shandler, their finance manager, had all the paper work started when I got there. All in all, this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I made the deal as lucrative as possible for the dealership by trading my car, financing through them (at a small premium over what my bank offered) and buying a warranty. They responded with a very aggressive final price. I highly recommend them. More

We had looked everywhere for a good used Jeep. From the first phone call, when we talked to Roger, to the time we showed up all out expience with them was wonderful. Matt this experience very easy and with a no hassle no stress closing that made our lives even better. My wife and I had been looking for this vehicle for some time and had another dealrship engaged but they were not having any luck and even told us to look for the vehicle once I called Matt to inquire about one we had it puchased in under an hour after the test drive. going through brian Hoskins was the easiest purchase of a car that i have ever had. Matt made the experience with his professionalism and his expertise he listened to what we wanted and was able to make that happen. Brian Hoskins is a gread dealer but working with Matt Lutter would be the best move you can make at this dealership!!! More

Recently my 19 year old Toyota failed to operate and was placed in a situation that I "had" to purchase another vehicle. Without a second thought, immediately visited my Ford dealer. My experience with Brian Hoskins Ford was "STELLAR." Not only was I provided with a vehicle while my car was being checked, but, when reality set in that another car was in my future, everyone from service, parts and sales treated me like royalty. Ed Kovatch worked diligently with me in exploring all my options. After making my selection of a 2013 Ford Fusion and being offered several vehicles to test drive, Brian Hoskins Ford allowed me to continue driving the loaner vehicle until my color choices, exterior and interior were arranged. The delivery of my new vehicle was painless, seemless and effortless on my part. When I arrived for pickup, everything was ready. "I's" were dotted and "T's" crossed with no frustration, tension or error. As a customer,I was never asked to wait or be set aside. Full attention to my needs and desires were met. I feel compelled to share my gratitude explaining that every single employee greeted and treated me professionally and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. My experience was wonderful. An extra delight was to witness how well all the employees worked together and seemed very happy to work to be part of the team. I also could not help but notice how clean and orderly the entire dealership was right down to the mechanics shop. I cannot speak for all auto dealers, but, Brian Hoskins Ford shined brightly. This Ford dealership should be the model for auto dealers. I do not anticipate any difficulties with my newly purchased vehicle, and when it does need service, I will happily return to my Ford dealer. It is not often that it is evident to a customer how properly run and efficient a corporation is. My experience instills that all companies and service related professions should "try" to match the excellent experience and service I received.
