I work in customer service and we always talk about treating people like family but Matt and Enrico really embody that principle. They made the experience the best I've ever had getting a new vehicle and I believe that they genuinely care about their guests. If every dealership was like this one, people wouldn't dread the process of getting a new vehicle - other dealerships could learn a thing or two from these folks! Tom's Ford is the best place to shop for your new FORD! We were greeted my Enrico at the showroom floor. He was very helpful asking what we were looking for. He paired us up with Matt. Took the time to show us different color Ford Edge with either AWD or front wheel drive. He also has a great sense of humor and we cracked jokes the entire time. He was very patient and helpful.
