Land Rover Sudbury is classic profile of a super well run dealership. Everything from how the staff greets you and goes out of their way to serve you to the attention to detail. Stacia the service advisor has extremely poor communication skills you will not get a call from her about your vehicle. Good luck waiting for a call back you're going to get texts and vague answe communication skills you will not get a call from her about your vehicle. Good luck waiting for a call back you're going to get texts and vague answers to any questions the service manger here is no better and will have no answers. Don't believe me read every service review this department has all the same thing. And as soon as you disagree they will screen the calls and not return any messages you leave. Fortunately only way I got my issues resolved was through the general manager here a true gem only wish the service department had the same level of guest service or competence. My advice find another dealer until they replace the service manager and start holding this team accountable for how they treat the people they are supposed to serve. More

I had a good pleasantry with everyone that I met at the Land Rover, Sudbury. My only complaint is the high amount of money I spent to correct the coolant leakage of my wife’s 2022 Velar with less than 25K Land Rover, Sudbury.
