My experience could not have been worse. Matt in service and the tech slow walked my repair. Matt repeatedly lied to me for two days. Now without Bobby Wendler in the service dept, and Herb Chambers oversight, the service dept is devoid of knowledge and integrity. Stacia noticed I had been left waiting for 3.5 one day and still had to come back the next day. Stacia sincerely inquired if she could assist in any way. If I ever come back again, it will only be because of Stacia. Of note, when I came in the second day, Matt had already spoken to Craig, the service manager. From Craig's glowering glare I ascertained it would be Sisyphean to try to talk to him. Craig was well aware of the issues and dishonesty yet it apparently was fine with him. Who in their right mind would use a vehicle service department they no longer trust? After 15 years of exclusively Land Rover Sudbury patronage, I am done. More
