They helped me out with some rather difficult parts to find and although one of them didn’t work out they were still able to give me the specs and info I needed. My wife and I have bought a few vehicles from corwins and now I have four sons who are at the vehicle purchasing ages. I like shopping for vehicles and hope to bring them to corwins in the near future. I like shopping here so much better than Minot!! For me 30 years of working on cars it kind of spoils you on them but I think I may be a Toyota Tacoma fan after this! Thank you corwins and Alex for helping a guy out! It took 50 years for me to buy myself a vehicle and I no longer have to drive the wife’s hand me downs. It made turning 50 a little better! More

I purchased a used vehicle on November 24 not even 24hrs later my check engine light came on. I sent an email to my salesman and just wanted to return it and get my Yukon back and I was told there is a "no later my check engine light came on. I sent an email to my salesman and just wanted to return it and get my Yukon back and I was told there is a "no return policy ". He said bring it in and he will have a mechanic look at it. He came back and said it didn't show anything and reset it and if it comes back on today come back. Friday the 28th the light came back on and I was told to bring it back. Not only did the light came back on it was blowing cold air. He had a mechanic put it on the machine and it came back that there was a bad spark plug and i was low on antifreeze so he said if the light comes back on he will get the spark plugs changed and 3 days later it came back on and it started blowing cold air again. He told me to bring it in on Thursday so I did and then I get a message that they needed to order parts. Also the audio is off and no one seems to figure that out. It is now 5 days later and I have yet to hear anything about what's happening. All I want is my old vehicle back and I will gladly return the Edge. I am totally so unimpressed with the way I was treated. I think if you put a used vehicle on the lot it needs to be looked at better. I am so disappointed that all I have gotten was taken advantage of. More
