We had a WONDERFUL experience with Park Place Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. We were on our way to the Lexus dealership next door, and decided to stop by. Jonathan greeted us right away. We looked at a Certified E350 and he answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable,friendly,professional,patient and not aggressively overbearing at all. We appreciated that tremendously. He offered a test drive and since I am not familiar with the area , I opted not to take the vehicle on the highway. Jonathan volunteered to drive the vehicle on the highway for us, so that we could appreciate the smoothness in the ride. We had no plans of actually purchasing a vehicle as we were in the "Just looking" stage. Jonathan enhanced our experience so much that we purchased our first Mercedes and we are so glad that we did. More

The customer service that I received from the crew from Park Place was pleasant and had a great experience shopping there. Mani was helpful as a salesperson, he was actually recommended to me by another fr Park Place was pleasant and had a great experience shopping there. Matt the manager was very helpful in assisting me with questions prior to purchasing the vehicle as well as after the sale was made. He went out of his way to make sure that my shopping experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Matt for a promotion if he's not in a higher position. John was exceptional in explaining what I needed to know in regards to my finance and friendly as well. I will definitely be shopping my next vehicle from Park Place. More
