I was visiting family in the area and decided to spend a day car shopping in West Palm. Knowing I wanted a 3 row SUV I went to several luxury car dealerships but it was Matt Needle @ Schumacher Volvo that sold me on the Volvo. Undetered that I was from out of state, he spent a lot of time with me covering all of the features and benefits, answered ALL of my questions (and there were a lot), reviewed the best options for what I was looking for, let me take it out for a test drive and followed up a few days later. I came home and shopped several other Volvo dealers in my hometown but it was Matt who ultimately sold me my car. He is knowledgeable about many car models (good for comparison shopping), but an expert with the Volvo product line, was always available to answer my questions and patiently walked me through all of the 2023 options before they were made public. He worked hard to earn my business. While I anticipate I will keep this car for a long time - if I am ever in the market for another Volvo - Matt will be my salesperson! More

When Matt initially showed me the car I just knew it was the one! He did everything he could possibly do to make it happen! Matt was always available to answer any questions after I drove it. While we were waiting, Joel, who was the initial salesperson, and Matt were asked several questions about the 2023 Volvo XC40 B4 model that was in the showroom. After speaking to them and completing a short test drive, the decision was easy for us to upgrade to the newer model. I have had my eye on the XC60 for 6 months. Every single time I stopped by the showroom Richie welcomed me with a gigantic smile, and always answered my questions. He would call me periodically to check on me, and assured me that when I was ready he would do all that he could to get me into the car of my dreams. He is patient, attentive, knowledgeable, kind and an overall outstanding representation of not only the Schumacher brand but Volvo as well. Everyone on site is professional and accommodating. It also helps to visit facilities that are clean and inviting. I really wanted to buy when Theo was present because he just makes being a customer better, but I got over it....slowly. I was scared because of how smoothly everything was going. It was not commonplace for me to not feel pressured and 100% satisfied. I have purchased a new lease every year for the last 15 years and this by far has been the most amazing experience of them all. As well, the finance gentleman (his card is in the car, forgot his name) was THE BEST. I didn't feel pressured, unimportant or rushed. I was able to ask questions and he went above and beyond in making sure that I had all of the additional coverages in an effort to protect the vehicle. I am floored by my entire experience and may just end up a Volvo customer for life. In closing, my 9 yr old daughter was even highly impressed, so that speaks volumes. World class service!! PS.
