Chelsea was very sweet but after purchasing the vehicle she was difficult to contact. At first she was checking in regularly trying to make this deal happen for both of us. However, after I bought the vehi she was difficult to contact. At first she was checking in regularly trying to make this deal happen for both of us. However, after I bought the vehicle I had a problem and tried reaching out to Chelsea. I sent a couple text messages on different days and tried calling. She never responded to either. It was not until my license plates came in TWO WEEKS LATER that she finally contacted me via text message. But only to let me know that my plates had arrived. She blew off the previous messages sent. When I went to pick up my plates I brought it to her attention and she said "I've been real busy". I'm not sure if Matthew over heard our conversation or if he asked about it or if she mentioned it but he came out of his office, greeted me, and agreed to make things right. Earl is an all around ALL STAR! More

My experience was great at Don Davis Dodge. Cabe our salesman was nice, helpful and not pushy. Cabe and the finance department was easy to deal with. Wow, this was my 2nd time purchasing a car for my son. Mr. Garcia and Cade are awesome employees. When I was discussing everything with Rudy, someone came over and test drove the car that we were about Mr. Garcia and Cade are awesome employees. We had completed all the paperwork for this unit, then Vince Razuri tells us the car broke down on the way back to the other location. This makes no sense since why test drive it back to the other location??? So, we had to start the process over again. Mr. Garcia understood that I wanted to be the cosigner only, and he knew that I wanted my son's car payment under $400 a month. Now all of this changed when I went to your finance location the payment was mid $400, and before we walked over there it was $398. Also, before I walked over there, I was the cosigner, now I'm the buyer because I have better credit. INTEGRITY, IS BIG WITH ME, AND THAT WILL WAS THE LAST TIME I DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP.
