We went to Peak Kia to look at a Chevy Equinox which we purchased. The transaction was VERY smooth. Matthew was busy with other customers but frequently checked with us to see if we needed anything.Got a g purchased. The transaction was VERY smooth. Matthew was busy with other customers but frequently checked with us to see if we needed anything.Got a great rate, felt that we got a good deal. This is where this dealership showed their professionalism, after we got the car home (450 miles away) we realized that the vehicle we bought was not a AWD as advertised, but only a FWD. Found out that the VIN # code which said it was a AWD vehicle covers multiple vehicle models. Local Chevy dealership verified that the car was FWD (besides the obvious looking under the car and there NOT being any rear drive train). Contacted Matthew, immediate response from him. Peak Kia gave us the option to receive a refund of the difference between the AWD and FWD or to bring the vehicle back and they would switch us out to what we wanted. No arguing, no fighting, no denials by the dealership. They stepped right up. Will recommend this dealership and especially this salesman to anyone in the area looking for a car. More
