I was initially contacted by Mattew Sandoval after I requested an estimate of my trade-in value from Peak Kia. Matthew emailed me letting me know of a current sale at the dealership. He was very prompt and informative in replying to my emails regarding the availability of the Kia Sorento EX model at the dealership. After communicating for a couple days, and gathering information from Matthew, I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicles we had spoken about. Because of Matthew's communication, I already knew the price, details about the vehicle, approximate trade-in value, and all of the contact informtion I needed. Matthew was professional, and friendly. He showed me the cars and described the features in each. After test driving we discussed price and trade-in value and came to an agreement. There was no haggling and bringing the manager over, as at many dealerships. We discussed and settled in a very calm and professional manner. I took the car home about 2 hours later and love it. Four days later Matthew even drove to my house to get a signature that had been overlooked iniitially, to save me a trip back to the dealership. More
