Charged for services NOT done Be VERY careful to read the fine print and make sure you are getting what you they charge you for. 2 days after the sale, we realized that some of the Be VERY careful to read the fine print and make sure you are getting what you they charge you for. 2 days after the sale, we realized that some of their $1800 not optional "Value Package" was not done. This includes exorbitant pricing for window tinting and car mats. Yes, charged for car mats even though the used Nissan we purchased came with the factory mats. Then they try to give us crappier mats than what you can get at your local Walmart. On top of that, they were dirty. Looked like they just pulled them out of some employees car. They did do the window tinting, 2 weeks later, and in the process lost the only set of keys to the car and we had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to find them. Their explanation for all of this chaos, they "sell 800 cars a day, it happens". So high volume sales make up for a little bit of fraud. Good to know. More
