First and foremost, I want to thank Matthew Sharpton for making my recent new car buying experience the most pleasant in my life. Almost anyone can agree that buying a vehicle can be an awful, tedious making my recent new car buying experience the most pleasant in my life. Almost anyone can agree that buying a vehicle can be an awful, tedious experience that’s full of pressure from sales people. Upon arrival Matthew greeted my wife and I at the door and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and friendly. We told him that we were interested in purchasing a 2021 Nissan Altima Platinum. Matthew secured the keys, explained to us many of the features of the car, then we took a test drive. We decided to purchase the vehicle that day. My wife and I were surprised to be in and out of a dealership within 2.5 hours. The next day we noticed a minor scratch on the rear fender well. I called Matthew and told him the situation. He asked us to bring the car in the very next day. He said he would make everything right. They found the vehicle would need a little more TLC than expected. But Matthew took the vehicle to maintenance for us. He kept me posted on the progress of the work. And let me know once the vehicle was complete. When my wife pick the vehicle up everything was flawless again. In the future I will definitely return to Newton Nissan South. Lastly I want to give a big shout out to all the Team members and associates who made my experience here a wonderful one. Your hard work did not go unnoticed. Best regards.
