Matt did a great job in helping my sister purchase a new auto, he was very helpful, friendly and genuinely wanted to do a great job for my 79 year old sister. So many good things I could say about Newton Nissan. Matt Sharpton and Dan Goguen were absolutely amazing when it came to trading in my car. I have absolutely NO words on how truly amazing these people are!!!! Matt Sharpton was an absolute sweetheart!!! If anyone can get you in a vehicle it's them!!!!! Tim Green is the kindest sales manager I people are!!!! Matt Sharpton was an absolute sweetheart!!! If anyone can get you in a vehicle it's them!!!!! First and foremost, I want to thank Matthew Sharpton for making my recent new car buying experience the most pleasant in my life. Almost anyone can agree that buying a vehicle can be an awful, tedious making my recent new car buying experience the most pleasant in my life. Almost anyone can agree that buying a vehicle can be an awful, tedious experience that’s full of pressure from sales people. Upon arrival Matthew greeted my wife and I at the door and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and friendly. We told him that we were interested in purchasing a 2021 Nissan Altima Platinum. Matthew secured the keys, explained to us many of the features of the car, then we took a test drive. We decided to purchase the vehicle that day. My wife and I were surprised to be in and out of a dealership within 2.5 hours. The next day we noticed a minor scratch on the rear fender well. I called Matthew and told him the situation. He asked us to bring the car in the very next day. He said he would make everything right. They found the vehicle would need a little more TLC than expected. But Matthew took the vehicle to maintenance for us. He kept me posted on the progress of the work. And let me know once the vehicle was complete. When my wife pick the vehicle up everything was flawless again. In the future I will definitely return to Newton Nissan South. Lastly I want to give a big shout out to all the Team members and associates who made my experience here a wonderful one. Your hard work did not go unnoticed. Best regards. I can honestly say in 45 years of purchasing vehicles this wa purchased two Nissan Versas on Friday September 25th. Matt was our Nissan Specialist. I can honestly say in 45 years of purchasing vehicles this was the best experience I have ever had and it is due completely to Matt Sharpton. Matt was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He made the process and purchase completely painless and we will definitely be going back to Newton and dealing specifically with Matt.. In summary, I simply can not say enough positive about Matt - he is an asset to Newton - one they should nurture, value and grow.
