Mike Hall found me the Sonata Limited I was looking for in Machine Gray, took me on a test drive, explained all of the new features in the 2018 version (I had a 2015), and gave me straightforward answers to all of my many questions. He stayed after hours to get me squared away, and didn't bat an eye about it. Mike is a soft-spoken, no hard-sell, professional with a lot of patience. Nass, like everyone else I'd been working with, was professional and patient. He, too, fielded a lot of questions from me, and gave me straightforward answers. Before yesterday I had been a huge Toyota fan and was determined to trade my Highlander Hybrid in on a RAV 4. Went to a Toyota dealership where the sales person told me the RAV 4s were "out there", and just pointed outside. I then went to Great Lakes Hyundai, a dealership I had heard was pretty great. Sure enough, I was given a sales person, Mike Hall, and I could not be any happier. From the time he shook my hand until the time he handed me the keys to my new Hyundai Tucson, he was the consummate professional, and yet I felt so connected to him because of how sincere he was in everything he said. The experience was my absolute best ever, and I can't say enough about the professionalism of everyone I dealt with during this deal. More

Never thought about going to Streetsboro to buy a car, but from the second we walked into the dealership to when we drove away, with our new Tucson, we were treated like family. They have such a friendly atmosphere. They talk to you and LISTEN to what you want. They explain to you option and let you decide on what to choose. Our salesperson, Matt, was not rushing us to get to another customer. He was there for us even through we took some time in deciding. He also didn't disappear for long times to the sales manager desk and come back with a price that was filled with hidden add on. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience. More
