The team at Newins Bay Shore Ford are true professionals. I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Chris when I purchased my pre-owned Mustang Mach E and they couldn’t have made it easier. As somebody new I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Chris when I purchased my pre-owned Mustang Mach E and they couldn’t have made it easier. As somebody new to the EV world I greatly appreciated that they took the time to help me set up my Ford app and explain all the nuances of my new electric vehicle. Additionally, they were straight shooters - no dealer fees and no haggling. I drove down from Rockland County to check out the car, but when it wasn’t quite ready to take home same-day they drove the car up to me once everything was finalized. Newins is top notch and I would happily do business with them again. More

Overall my experience at Newins Ford was very good. No stress, very relaxed atmosphere. Salesman Victor Aparicio was very approachable and easy to talk with. He asked what I was looking for and worked with me as I wrestled with myself what vehicle to go with (Bronco or F-150). He went over both vehicles and the various trim levels. Sales Manager Matthew Stickney was just as helpful and accommodating. Overall I found the Newins Staff to be very professional, informative and most of all patient. I have already recommended Newins Ford to my friends and coworkers - down the road I would definitely buy or lease another vehicle from the Newins Team. More
