I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and each of the individuals I had the opportunity to meet and deal with directly. I was torn between the Hyundai Palisade from Seidel Hyundai and the Kia each of the individuals I had the opportunity to meet and deal with directly. I was torn between the Hyundai Palisade from Seidel Hyundai and the Kia Telluride from Savage Kia. It was the sales staff and finance department from Seidel that tipped me in the direction of Seidel Hyundai. John was a terrific salesman. He provided factual information about the vehicle without ever being to pushy. He allowed me the opportunity to test drive multiple Palisades and was well versed on the differences between the models. Jerome and Matthew seemed to value my business and did whatever they could to meet me half way, until we were able to reach a mutually advantageous financial agreement. All in all, my experience at Seidel Hyundai was a terrific one and I will be mentioning to my friends and family about the positive interactions I experienced while purchasing my Hyundai Palisade. The Hyundai Palisade and Kia Tellurides vehicles are remarkably similiar vehicles both terms of technology and interior design, however the mannerisms between how the two dealerships treat customers and value your business is not. So if you're also torn between the two, your first stop should always be to Seidel Hyundai. More
