My experience at this dealership was extremely poor and very disorganized. We arrived early in the morning and spent more than 7 hours at the dealer. At no point was I seated in an office to properly discuss the price or the loan terms. I was only told verbally, and on a poorly written piece of paper, that my monthly payment would be $399. After a long wait, and being very tired since I was there with my family (who are witnesses), we left to get something to eat. When we returned, all the paperwork was already prepared for signing. Only at the very end did I realize that the payment was not $399, but higher. I complained, and David Finamza told me that this was the only loan they were able to obtain. Additionally: The loan was supposed to be under my wife’s and my name, but they ended up putting it only under my name. I was informed of the final payments after everything was already signed. I was never properly taken into an office to discuss or review the loan details. The vehicle was delivered without floor mats. I complained the same day, and the salesperson told me he would call me to give them to me. He never called. Two days later, someone called me saying the floor mats would cost $125, which is unacceptable. David told me that once the plates and registration were ready, I could pick them up at the dealer. Instead, they lost them and sent the plates and registration to my old address in New York without authorization. Everything about this purchase was chaotic and poorly handled. I filed a report with Hyundai Corporate, and I was contacted by Hyundai Consumer Affairs. This matter is currently under investigation. This dealership shows very bad sales practices, and I strongly advise anyone considering buying here to be extremely careful. More

We had the Courage to open the door and was met by a young man (Devin Harris) who had Heart of an eager new employee. We test drove a 2025 Santa Fe. The Knowledge and kindness of many employees was greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for The Wizard to appear to make us an awesome offer. We are now driving a new Santa Fe. Seidel Hyundai Dealership is an amazing place. No lions, tigers or Bull… Just WICKED deals! P.S. Oh my, They’re pet friendly too! Shelly says Hi! More
