I have been here at Westside VW for 13 years and I think it is an awesome place to work! The majority of our team has been in place for quite some time and it makes each day fun and exciting. If not for our relaxed approach, beautiful facility and strong sales/service team, I would not have had the success I have had over the years. The majority of my business is repeat customers and referral business due to my ability to listen to a customers wants and needs and then finding the perfect car for them. Shining example of customer service I came in for service on my 2014 GTI. The entire climate system had gone out. I had been considering trading in my GTI for an AWD vehicle this fall, I came in for service on my 2014 GTI. The entire climate system had gone out. I had been considering trading in my GTI for an AWD vehicle this fall, so I decided to test drive some while I waited. My salesperson was very knowledgable, and patient with my need to drive multiple vehicles. When all was said and done, the offer for a new vehicle, and the trade-in value including repair, was too neat of a package to pass up. So, I drove off the lot, very happy, in a golf alltrack 🙂 More
