I have been here at Westside VW for 13 years and I think it is an awesome place to work! The majority of our team has been in place for quite some time and it makes each day fun and exciting. If not for our relaxed approach, beautiful facility and strong sales/service team, I would not have had the success I have had over the years. The majority of my business is repeat customers and referral business due to my ability to listen to a customers wants and needs and then finding the perfect car for them. Maura was so helpful. We bought from out of state and when we arrived the entire deal was ready to go, and we were out the door within a half hour with a new car! Great service, above and beyond. I had an id4 reserved since 6/21, and the available date kept getting pushed out to 9/22. Unfortunately, I was in a crash with the vehicle I was plan I had an id4 reserved since 6/21, and the available date kept getting pushed out to 9/22. Unfortunately, I was in a crash with the vehicle I was planning to trade and it was a total loss. I contacted Maura and asked about being placed on a waiting list should someone not want the one they reserved, and she put me at the top! Picked up my car 2 weeks ago and I love it! More
