I was very satisfied with the purchase of my 2022 Ram 1500. Maurice was very helpful through the entire process. He never pressured me or try to talk me into something I wasn't comfortable with. I met with Derek to finalize the financing paperwork which went very quickly. He also answered my questions concerning the financing and was very kind and respectful. My only dig to Derek is the vehicle warranty that he presented to me during the signing of the finance paperwork. I like to do my research prior to buying anything. I went against my rule and signed the paperwork with the understanding that I could cancel it later. Derek offered me a very good deal on the warranty and I was very appreciative but I emailed him that I would be canceling the warranty. Derek emailed me the paperwork to void the contract and I promptly filled it out and returned it. It was not until Lauren got involved that she said Derek didn't receive the paperwork. I sent the paperwork to Lauren who immediately got the ball rolling to get the warranty canceled. She was outstanding in helping me through this. I would suggest to the dealership to make their customers aware prior to signing the finance paperwork that they will be offered an extended vehicle warranty. This will give them a chance to do their homework to see if it will be something they would be interested in. I don't fault Derek for that it's a management fault. That is the reason my review is late. I wanted to get the warranty canceled before I reviewed the dealership. I would hope that this will still be received in a favorable light with DealerRater even though my review is late. The dealership did satisfy my request, it took more time to resolve making my review late. Hats off to the parts and service department. I had a couple of minor issues with my truck since it came from another dealership. They were quick to take care of the problems and get me back on the road. Thanks to everyone that was involved with the purchase of my truck. More
